These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including free tier users, PRO tier subscribers, and visitors.
Revenue Fluent is an HR intelligence platform that provides analytical tools, frameworks, and educational content to help HR professionals connect people decisions to financial outcomes. The Platform is built on the Humacity philosophy, developed by Kumar Vivek.
The Platform uses a proprietary dataset of 750 modelled employees across 15 scenarios. All calculations are illustrative models based on this dataset and any data you choose to input. They are not certified financial statements, audited conclusions, or legally binding assessments.
The free tier of Revenue Fluent requires no account creation. Access to PRO tier features requires activation of a valid access code obtained through a paid subscription via Gumroad.
Access codes are for individual use. You may not share, resell, or distribute access codes. Each access code activates PRO features on the device where it is entered via the browser's local storage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and for all activity associated with its use.
PRO tier subscriptions are processed exclusively through Gumroad. Revenue Fluent does not collect or store payment information directly.
PRO subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your Gumroad account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Two pricing tiers are available: PRO India (INR pricing) and PRO Global (USD pricing). Both tiers provide identical features. Pricing reflects purchasing power parity across markets.
Revenue Fluent processes all user-uploaded data entirely within your browser. No employee data you upload is transmitted to any server, stored remotely, or accessible by Kumar Vivek or any third party.
Uploaded data is held in your browser's session storage and is permanently deleted when you close the tab. It is not cached, saved, or transmitted anywhere.
Your practitioner profile, HCI settings, and PRO activation status are stored in your browser's local storage on your device only. This data does not leave your device.
Revenue Fluent, Humacity, and all associated frameworks, methodologies, metric names, and platform content are the intellectual property of Kumar Vivek. All rights reserved.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
All outputs are models based on user-provided inputs and illustrative benchmark data. They are starting points for professional analysis, not definitive conclusions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kumar Vivek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of Platform outputs.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for users who violate these Terms. For paid tier users, termination for cause does not entitle the user to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
