What is the Human Confidence Index?
Every number in Revenue Fluent is computed from real data. But data reflects the past, your professional judgement reflects what is happening right now. The HCI is a named coefficient (0.70 to 1.30) that lets you apply that judgement to the base calculation. Answer four observable Yes/No questions. Your answers set the coefficient. The adjusted value is what you should present.

Is the org free from major disruption, restructure, M&A, or layoffs?
Is the culture broadly functional and not in crisis?
